Making It – work in progress demonstrations by Julian Jardine.
I have been sculpting wildlife for over 30 years. On this page I hope to show you how I go about creating both my unique pieces and my limited editions. I will post work throughs showing the sculptures at different stages of production and some insights about how I make them. I hope to add new pieces from time to time throughout the year.
Each year I travel around the UK exhibiting with Potfest and regularly do demonstrations to audiences and at my stand. You can see full details of their shows on www.potfest.co.uk
To see all my currently available pieces visit the gallery store , if an item is marked as sold and you are interested in commissioning a similar piece please get in contact.

Preparing a Wolf Cub Sculpture for casting in plaster
I regularly make limited edition pieces of my smaller sculptures. To do this requires casting the parts in plaster and I am often asked at shows how this is done. On this page you will see how I go about seperating the model and I explain the process.
