Les lives in Perthshire and produces photographic prints and cards.
His work is predominantly landscape, but also includes some still life and
social photography.
Winter landscapes, with their dramatic contrasts and tonal qualities, are a particular source of inspiration for monochrome work.
Les works in both colour and monochrome photography. Prints are produced
digitally or, for some monochrome (film-based) images, by a traditional
darkroom process - these silver gelatin prints are hand-printed and finished
to ensure archival longevity, including the use of gold/sepia/selenium toners
to suit the print.
